Founded in 2013, Orifha Audio Visuals are integrators who specialize in corporate and educational institution installations.
In February, Orifha’s owner Jason Netshiavhela, along with his team attended Soundweb London BSS BLU Training led by instructor Corrie Scheepers. The training covered the feature set of the Soundweb London BLU-100 and took a deep dive into the programming of the 12 in / 8 out DSP. “I believe it’s important that my team have a solid understanding of the products we install because I don’t want to send them to site without the necessary knowledge. This saves time on site and ensures that quality installation projects are delivered on time.” says Jason Netshiavhela…
“The training roadmap for my company started last year and the journey continues quarter by quarter into 2020. Each team member has set targets for themselves and they have my full support” Khensani Mbatha pointed out: “My ambition is to achieve CCNA certification as I love working in IT, programming and network security.”
“Although I know a fair amount, I would still like to learn more about Audio Visual programming and Video Conferencing.” commented Shuyab Williams. Corrie Scheepers commented: “I enjoyed sharing my knowledge with this group. It is always a treat to work with and train a group with the drive to increase their knowledge and a willingness to constantly improve.”
“Personal development is very important to me and I enjoy watching my team grow in knowledge and confidence.” concluded Jason Netshiavhela.
