It gives us great pleasure to announce the promotion of Jerome Ganasen to National Retail Sales Manager for Wild & Marr.
With the recent market shift in our manufacturers developing and launching products which target lifestyle, prosumer and consumer markets, Wild & Marr recognizes the requirement for a focused and dynamic strategic response to these changes in their competitive market.
Jerome has gained retail market experience over the last two decades. His experience has guided him through the lighting, electrical, manufacturing and wholesale industries. He intimately understands customer’s requirements, shows initiative and is quick to respond.
Delighted with the promotion, Jerome outlined his plans in the new management role:
“I am thankful to Wild & Marr’s executive leadership for trusting me to lead this market. I aim to grow sales revenue on a national scale and to be a contributor to Wild & Marr’s growth and profit objectives. I plan to develop and implement sales strategies for the MI Retail, Consumer Online and Consumer Retail markets to strengthen brand positioning, distribution, sales revenue, competitiveness, resilience, client service delivery and profitability. Leveraging on the knowledge I have gained from 20 years’ experience in various industries, I bring with me an achievement-based methodology and philosophy. I am confident that this new role will bring about game changing impacts for Wild & Marr across all of the sectors in the retail market.”
